Return Policy

Returns must be pre-authorized by e-mail and must be re-packed in their original shipping materials.  Customers wishing to return products which have not been damaged or are not defective are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.  Freight for returns will be the customer's responsibility.  Packages must be postmarked within the 30-day period.  A 15% restocking fee applies to all refunds, no exceptions. Customer pays all shipping charges. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
